Do I Need Front Suspension Enhancement if I am Adding Rear SumoSprings

When purchasing Sumo Springs for my F150, do I also need a pr for the front?

The only reason you would need to add suspension enhancement to the front of your vehicle is if you planned on adding a plow or something to the front and needed the extra support. Otherwise it is not necessary to add them. As for the rear SumoSprings, we have two kits that will work for your 2019 Ford F-150.
The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-117-47 will replace your jounce bumpers and will engage to add support.
The SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA28 will be leaf spring design that will provide support and sway control. They attach to your leaf spring pack and limit the amount of twisting in the leaf springs.
