The correct Blue Ox base plate kit for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Rubicon Recon edition is the part # BX1134. At this time we do not have dealers we can recommend for people to do installs but typically we recommend finding a local RV dealer with an install dept and have them either do the install or if they'd prefer not to they'd know of someone who could.
