Recommended 5th Wheel Rail Installation Kit For 2015 Ford F-150 With 6-1/2 Bed
Question:
Looking to purchase a Curt kit #C16441 5th wheel mounting kit. Will this kit fit a 2015 F150 6 1/2 box. The video said it fits 2004 to 2014 F150. I need a compete.kit with bolts,spacers and insulators for an aluminium box. Along with bolts to mount rails I have.

I have another option for you, but the Curt Custom, No-Drill Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for Ford F150 # C16441 you mentioned are not confirmed to fit your 2015 Ford F-150 with the 6-1/2' Bed.
Instead I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50087 which is confirmed to fit your truck, and includes all of the required hardware to install your 5th wheel rails as long as they are 10 bolt industry standard rails, and includes the galvanic isolators you mentioned.
