In order to get the right one you need to know the model number and manufacturer of the hitch you have, and that will allow you to use the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK.

For example, if you have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13408 that fits your '98 Wrangler, you would go to # RHK, enter "13408" in the "Hitch Item Number" box, and select "Curt" from the drop-down menu.
