I might have a solution for you but unfortunately we do not have a multi receiver hitch for the 2007 Toyota Sienna. You can install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237 on your vehicle. It will give you 675 lbs maximum tongue weight capacity and 4,500 lb maximum gross trailer weight capacity.
Assuming you are wanting to haul more than one accessory at a time, I would recommend using # RM-077-2 to achieve that.
If you are planning on towing a trailer, you will need trailer wiring on your vehicle # 118304.
