We don't offer Lippert Brand brake assemblies, but we do indeed offer 12x2 inch brake assemblies compatible with a 5 bolt mounting flange.
I'd recommend going with a self-adjusting brake assemblies, such as the etrailer brand # AKEBRK-7-SA kit that you'd looked at for 5.2, 6 or 7K axles. The assemblies are sold in pairs, and if you don't wish to reuse your existing mounting hardware, we offer replacement hardware as part # BRKH12. After an additional manual adjustment or running several (15-20) low speed braking events, the brake assemblies will be fully adjusted and will automatically adjust for consentient and reliable braking.
I've linked to an install video that you might find helpful.
