I would be happy to help.
Starting with the trailer hitch receiver I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V XD - 2" # C15409 which is confirmed to fit your 2018 Ram 2500 Limited, and has a maximum tongue weight rating of 2550lbs and trailer weight rating of 17000lbs when not using a weight distribution hitch, or 2550lbs tongue weight and 25000lbs trailer weight if you are using a weight distribution hitch like you mentioned you were wanting. Keep in mind that will be limited to the lower rating between your Ram and the trailer hitch, so I recommend checking the owner's manual of your Ram to find it's towing capacity and using the lower rating between the hitch and vehicle.
Moving on to a weight distribution system the correct system will be dependent on the total tongue weight of your setup. Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo added behind the rear axle of your truck. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is using a tongue weight scale like the # e99044, but there are other ways as shown in the included article.
Since you mentioned that the GVWR of your trailer is 11308lbs, and typical tongue weight is 10-15% you are looking at 1100-1700lbs if your trailer is at max capacity.
If you find your total tongue weight is between 1000-1500lbs I recommend the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Clamp On - 15,000 lbs GTW, 1,500 lbs TW # BXW1500 as it has sway control to keep your trailer going straight down the highway, but Blue Ox does this by the use of lift chains causing tension on the spring bars which leaves you with a much quieter ride compared to friction sway control on other systems. This system does not include a hitch ball, so you will need 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler on your trailer.
If you can let me know your actual total tongue weight I would be happy to confirm the correct weight distribution system for you.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
