Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch And Installation Kit For 2020 Ram 3500 Cab And Chassis

I need to install a 5th wheel on a 2020 ram 3500 cab and chassis and I see nothing on the website for that. can I use a pickup bed rail kit with adapters to mount on the narrower cab and chassis frame?

I have another options for you, but the 5th wheel rail and installation kit for a standard truck will not work in your 2020 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis due to it having a narrower frame.

Instead I recommend the Reese Low-Profile 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 30,000 lbs # RP30054 which will need to be bolted to a 1/2" thick steel plate that is welded to the frame of your truck. I recommend having the installation completed by a qualified professional.
