Recommended AC Unit for Enclosed Cargo Trailer

Question:

I have a 7x14 enclosed trailer that is used to haul dirt bikes. I am planning on camping in the trailer and it is insulated. Will this generator cool the trailer and what else would I need for installation. The trailer currently has only a roof vent but I have put extra bracing and ran power wire and thermostat wire to the roof vent opening. I am planning on using my craftsman 3000 watt inverter to power. It has 3000 watt starting and 2300 running watts

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner part # ACM135BCH is my recommendation for a complete setup to use in an enclosed trailer. It comes with everything needed except for wiring as well extras like a heat strip and start capacitor. There may be extra bracing required depending on roof thickness. It has more than enough cooling capacity for a small enclosed trailer. It would be a bit on the high side as is but 13,500 Btu is the smallest we offer. The start capacitor is a must for your setup due to the generator size.

Please note, the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Furrion Setup you were looking at is just for the overhead unit and does not come with the rest of the components needed to run the unit like a controller and distribution panel.
