Can Trailer Hitch From 2010 Ford F150 Be Installed on 2017 F-150

I have a Curt receiver on a 2010 F150, I am getting a 2017 F150. Will it fit on the 2017?

Your 2010 Ford F-150 and the 2017 are of different generations of the vehicle, so unfortunately there were enough changes to the rear structure of the truck that they can't use the same hitch. The good news is that there are still tons of 2010 F-150s on the road. If you felt like removing the hitch you could sell it on a buy/sell/trade website and use the proceeds towards a new hitch.
For your 2017 model, I'd recommend the Curt Class IV hitch, part # C26HR. The hitch can handle up to 10000 lbs towing/1000 lbs of tongue weight or up to 12000 lbs towing/1200 lbs tongue weight when a weight distribution hitch is used, which could be limited by the truck's towing capacity if it's less.
