2018 Honda Civic Sport Flat Towing Components
Question:
I have a 2018 Honda Civic Sport 6 sp Manual that I want to set up for flat towing. The parts I have ed are: Tow Bar: RM-522 Roadmaster Falcon All Terrian Base Plate : RM 521573-4 cross bar type Wiring: RM 15267 or RM 152-1676-7 which is better? Brake system: Demco Stay-in-play DM86VR Safety Cables: RM-643 Is this combination correct for my car? I will also be getting a hitch like RM 077-4, but I still need to take measurements. I also plan to add the Roadmaster Defender screen to the whole package. If there are suggestions you can make please let me know. Thanks for your time and help.

I must say you have made some fine choices for flat towing your 2017 Honda Civic Sport. In fact, everything as you have it will work perfectly for your vehicle.
The Roadmaster base plate you have chosen, part # RM-521573-4, is perfectly compatible with your Civic and the Falcon All Terrain, part # RM-522. The two of these together along with the safety cables, part # RM-643, are definitely a great combination to get your Civic pulled. I've linked to video reviews of the Falcon and cables.
As for the wiring, either of the selections you made will be good. I recommend the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, part # RM-15267. It's much more popular (as evidenced by how many installation videos we have) and much more highly rated. I've linked to a video review of this one as well.
Finally, for the brake system, the Stay-IN-Play DUO, part # DM86VR, is a great choice with the added benefit of being a one-time installation that doesn't require constant setting up. The video review for this is below, too.
Again, you made some great choices, so enjoy flat-towing knowing that you found exactly what you were looking for.
