We can help you out here, though I should say that there isn't a jack wheel that is going to allow you to more easily move your trailer in your garage. Jack wheels are just replacements, so for example the Replacement Wheel Kit for Fulton Marine Jacks # F6811S00 is only a fit for most Fulton marine jacks with 6" wheels.
The easiest way, by far, to move your trailer in your garage is going to be with the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211.
The reason is the Trailer Valet is a combination jack and trailer mover with a chain drive system that allows you to move the trailer with a crank, or even more effortlessly, with a cordless drill by adding the Drill Attachment # TVDA.
The Trailer Valet just clamps onto trailer frames up to 2-3/4" wide x 6" tall, and the chain drive system - which you operate wither with a drill or by hand crank - moves the Valet's dual wheels, so you can easily maneuver the trailer in your garage. This is definitely the simplest way to move your trailer in your garage.
I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211.
