What is the diameter of the Thule mounting plate for spare tire tack?

The overall diameter of the Replacement Mounting Plate for Thule Spare Me - Spare Tire Mounted Bike Carrier # 753-3532 is 7-1/16", as you can see by the attached diagram.

This mounting plate is a direct replacement for the Thule Spare Me bike racks. I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Replacement Mounting Plate # 753-3532.

Thule has a replacement mounting plate for their Spare Me with the part #753-3532 but the Hollywood Racks plate you mentioned does not fit it.
