The main difference between the Reese Quick-Install Installation Kits part # RP56017-53 and part # RP50074-58 is that the former is an outboard kit which means the connection point for the rails and brackets is outside the frame whereas the latter is an inboard kit which means the connection point for the rails and brackets is inside the frame. The outboard rail kits are typically easier to install.
