We can get you set up with a 7-way on your 2020 Toyota RAV4, and while there isn't a plug-in option, there are a couple of specific parts you will need for your vehicle, starting with the 4-way, the Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56434.
This is needed in order to activate the lighting functions, and what you will do is plug it into the 7-way, which you will install with the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.
This kit is going to give you the rest of the functions, and while there isn't any type of specific schematic for your RAV4 as this is a universal part, I did link below a pair of help articles which will guide you through the installation process on a step-by-step basis. We do have a video showing the install of the 4-way on a '20 RAV4 which I linked for you.
A 7-way is needed in order to utilize the brakes for a trailer, so if you don't have one you will also need a brake controller such as the outstanding Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195 or the simple-to-use Curt Echo Brake Controller # C51180.
I've added links below to video reviews of these controllers for you to check out as well.
