Hitch Extender Recommendation for a Ford Super Duty Hauling a Camper and Flat Towing a Honda CR-V
Question:
I measured the length from the pin hole on my receiver hitch to the rear edge of my truck camper as 39. Which extension do I go with? I am towing our honda CRV that has a blue ox towbar?

The closest hitch extension that we carry for your setup is the Titan Hitch Extender, # RP45018, that you referenced. This hitch extension was designed to work with 2-1/2 inch x 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receivers only and reduces down to a 2 inch receiver for your Blue Ox tow bar. You will want to measure the height and width of your trailer hitch receiver opening to ensure that you can use this extension with your hitch.
When using this hitch to flat tow your Honda CR-V, you will want to remember that the weight carrying capacity of this extension is 5,000 lbs when used at the 41 inch length. Based on my research, you should be okay flat towing your Honda CR-V at this weight capacity, but if you plan on loading the CR-V with additional cargo, then I would recommend verifying the weight of your CR-V with the additional cargo before towing with this hitch extender.
If the trailer hitch on your truck has a 2 inch x 2 inch receiver opening, then you could look at the Blue OX Hitch Extender, # BX88264, but it only has a maximum extension of 12 inches.
