I have a 2 bike curt type hitch carrier and one of the frame arm is broken you know where I can find a replacement...I think the part number is 19239 I could be wrong..

Based on the picture you sent you are correct you will need the Replacement Bike Arm - Long # C67HR to replace the broken arm on your Curt 2 Bike Rack # C18085.
