Fold-Up Bed Ladder Compatibility With Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover

Will this item work with truck bed tri fold tonneau covers? 10-3000 Westin Truck-Pal Fold-Up Bed Ladder

Tonneau covers typically attach to either on top of the bed rails or on the inside of the bed rails. At first glance, there should be at least a 2" margin between the top of the tailgate and the Westin # 10-3000 ladder itself when installed. I looked at the installation videos of two tri-fold covers from different manufacturers, and it definitely looks like this ladder will be compatible with them.
Even though I do not have the specs of your specific tri-fold cover, whether or not it will work will still depend on how much clearance/margin there is from where the cover attaches to the tailgate to the top of the ladder. The ladder itself measures 16-1/2" long, and we recommend you install the mounting bracket at least 2" from the top of the tailgate (this is noted in the install video I linked).
It appears that it is possible to install the ladder's bracket even further from the top for additional clearance, but it's difficult to tell how much more distance is possible. I would measure your tailgate top to bottom first with the 2" margin and the 16-1/2" ladder length in mind to get an idea of any potential clearance issues for the cover.
