I purchased the blue sumo, in reading more should I return these for the yellow? Tow a RPod 195 with sag Stay with the blue of exchange for the yellow?

Since you'll only need to support the tongue weight of your RPod 195, the 1000 lbs of support provided by the
# SSR-610-54 SumoSprings you've already purchased would work just fine. The dry tongue weight for your travel trailer is listed at around 350 lbs, so when it's loaded and ready to toy it'll still be well under 1000 lbs.
