Your current tires are about 21.9 inches in diameter when inflated. We don't offer any tires compatible with 12 inch wheels that would be any taller than that, so to gain more height you'd need to go up to a 13 inch wheel and use a 175/80-13 tire which would measure about 24 inches in diameter.

You want to see 3 inches of clearance between the top of the tire and the underside of the fender at a minimum when the trailer is under load. The 175/80-13 would move the tire 1 inch closer to the fender or wheel well, so if that will still leave you enough clearance, going up in tire size would work just fine for you.

A 5.30 x 12 Load Range D tire is rated for 1250 lbs per tire/2500 lbs per axle, to maintain the same capacity using the 175/80-13 tires, you'd go with a Load Range C rated for 1360 per tire or 2720 per axle.

For a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern suitable for a boat or PWC trailer, I'd recommend # AM3S160 which is a 175/80-13 radial tire mounted to a 13 inch wheel with a galvanized finish that has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. The galvanized wheel would be a great choice for a marine environment.

I've linked to a product description video featuring the wheel/tire combo I recommended.
