We do have some off-the shelf axles that exactly match the hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center distances you mentioned. We offer 3 different capacities:
For a 3500 lb axle, use # T3584F-EZ-8974. For a compatible idler hub (no brakes) use # 84545UC1-EZ for a hub/brake drum, use # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. the idler hub and the hub/drum have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch wheel bolt pattern, which is common for a 3500 lb axle. For compatible brake assemblies, use # AKEBRK-35R-SA for the right side and # AKEBRK-35L-SA for the left. The idler hub and hub drum include the bearings, races, grease seals, dust caps and lug nuts. The brake assemblies don't include the mounting hardware, you can pick that up as part # BRKH10BS.
For a 5200 lb axle, use # 8327820 or # 8327820-EB which includes hub/drums and brake assemblies. The hub/drum has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
For a 6000 lb axle, use # 8327830 or # 8327830-EB for the complete axle with hub/drums and brakes. The hub/drum also has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch wheel bolt pattern.
