The Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW1038 you referenced will work for your 2007 Acura TL and are easy to install and comply with all Department of Transportation use. The typical tire size for your car is 235/45-17. If your tire size is different, I can recommend another set of chains for you or you can check out our tire chain fitguide to see what tire chain works for the size of tire your vehicle has. I have posted a link to that page.
I have also included a link to a video showing the installation of these chains on a 2007 Ford Taurus. While not the same model as your vehicle, the installation technique is the same.
For a more rugged snow chain that is not a whole lot pricier, you might be interested in the Thule CB12 Tire Chain # TH01221100. Its D-shaped links provide excellent traction with an alloy steel that is durable and corrosion resistant. It provides a solid grip on snow and ice and rubber tensioners allow you to control the fit of your chains. Just so you know, you will need 12 mm of clearance between the inside of the tire and your wheel well.
I have provided a link to a video review of this product as well as a link showing all the tire chains that are compatible fits for your 2007 Acura TL.
