I may have an option for you but we do not carry Lippert axles.
We do have a few different 6000lb axles that could work for your Heartland 5th Wheel Trailer but you will need to take a few measurements from your current axle to confirm the fit. You will need to know the hub face to hub face measurement, and spring seat to spring seat measurement.
For example one of the 6000lb axles we offer is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # 7461121 has a hub face to hub face measurement of 95", and a spring seat to spring seat measurement of 80". If this is the same dimensions as your current axle this would be a great option.
The most likely shock replacement for your Lippert axle is the Lippert Components Heavy-Duty Replacement Shock # LC283280. You will want to compare this shock to your current shocks to confirm it will be a direct replacement. If it is not I have linked all of your replacement shocks for you to take a look at.
For a 6000lb axle you will need U-Bolts for a 3" axle I recommend the U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-9 as it will work with both 1-3/4" and 2" wide leaf springs.
If you can provide me the measurements of your current axle I would be happy to make a recommendation. I have linked all of your 6000lb axles for you to take a look at.
