Whats the Differences Between the RedArc Liberty And the Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controllers
Question:
good morning. Ive been looking at the REDARC trailer brakes and even watched one of your videos. I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am looking to start pulling a 20 or 24ft racecar trailer with it. I mainly want to know the differences between the Liberty and the Elite. I am only pulling a double axle trailer so I am thinking the Liberty should be just fine. Thank you in advance.

The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller part # RED24FR and the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR have two main differences. First the Elite has a user controlled mode for complete control of the brakes mainly seen if off road use and as you said the Elite can handle up to 3 axles where the Liberty can handle 2.
