Could Curt Hitch for you 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport Carry MaxxTow Motorcycle Carrier
Question:
Hello, Im looking install a 13084 Curt Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I would like to use the motorcycle carrier Item # MT70101 on it to carry a 2005 Suzuki DRZ400s 320lbs. Do you know if this would work with this vehicle?

Expert Reply:
The trailer hitch # 13084 that fits your 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport has more than enough capacity to carry your Suzuki DRZ400 and the Motorcycle Carrier # e98873 but you'll need to make sure that your vehicle also has the capacity needed. I looked up the capacity of your vehicle and it would appear it has a lower capacity of 200 lbs tongue weight but you'll need to verify that.
