Does anyone make a combo cargo carrier/bike rack?

There is in fact a combination bike rack and cargo carrier made, the Swagman Skaha 2 Plus Bike Rack with Cargo Carrier for 2 Bikes # S69SR.

This unique carrier will fit in 2 inch trailer hitches and has a lot of capacity - it can haul two bikes weighing up to 60 lbs each along with up to 100 lbs of cargo in the carrier.
