I go hunting a lot with my enclosed trailer and I was wondering how can I install a led light bar on the trailer but I want to switch it on and off in my truck

You can definitely install a light bar on your trailer and control it with a switch in your truck. I will say that it will require quite a bit of cautiously routing wires to avoid moving/hot parts and some splicing wires as you will have to extend the light bar wires to reach that far.
I will use the Buyers Products Off-Road LED Light Bar 39-1/2" Long # 3371492184 for example. For this light bar you will need the wiring harness # 3373035768. You will need to install the switch inside of your vehicle where you would like, and the battery connections to the battery. The relay can be installed near the battery.
Now you will need to cut the connector that plugs into the light bar off and use # 10-2-1 (which is sold by the foot) with Quick Splices # SWC501925-1 to connect the # 10-2-1 to your light bar wiring. I recommend using electrical tape # PP47FR to cover the connections. Since you will be going a long distance it is a good idea to use high gauge wire like the 10 gauge I recommended.
You will need to add a connector at the end of the vehicle and beginning of the trailer to be able to unhook the trailer so I recommend adding the 2 Wire Loop # 9651P cut in half. One side will be attached to the # 10-2-1 coming from the vehicle, the other side will be used to run # 10-2-1 to the LED light on the trailer.
With the connectors install run the wires to the light bar, splice on the connector you cut off, and plug in to your light bar.
I would recommend only using one light bar, while LED lights have minimal amp draw, that is a long run of wire.
