Parts Needed to Mount Camber 2 Bike Rack to 2020 Honda CRV
Question:
I have a 2020 Honda CRV and just got a Thule Camber 2 bike rackTH 9058 I need to purchase 1 etrailer e98848 hitch. Are there any other parts needed/suggested for this bike rack installation to Honda CRVie e 98942 or the coverdont know part # but approx $10 I will purchase items and take tover 2 inch recom a local mechanic to install. The hitch receimendedpurely to hold 2 bikes on Thule bike rack

Your referenced e98848 Class-3 hitch is a confirmed fit for a 2020 Honda CR-V. Your Thule # TH9058 Camber 2 bike rack will mount to either hitch with no additional parts needed. I have included a link below to an installation video on a CR-V. You may be able to do it yourself, as most of our customers do. If you do decide to have a neighborhood handyman or garage install this hitch I have provided a link to printable instructions you should give them.
I prefer 2” hitches as there are more accessories made for them, and they have more weight control and capacity than the smaller hitches. While you are hauling bikes now, you might later decide to use a etrailer # e98874 cargo basket for road trips, or a Detail # K2MMT4X6 utility trailer which is great for carrying gardening supplies or a new dishwasher home from Lowe's.
