The Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 2 Axles - Proportional # C51180 has a 50 foot connection distance without obstruction. You shouldn't have any issue with your motorhome, but some customers prefer a more traditional wired unit for peace of mind.
