Regarding your 2010 Honda Crosstour, I had to do a little research since it is not in our fit guide for this product. After speaking to my contact at Curt, I have found that the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # C18115 is a compatible fit so long as your factory-mounted roof rails and crossbars meet certain standards.

This cargo basket will fit crossbar spreads of 29-1/2 inches, 22 inches, or 15 inches. This measurement is obtained by measuring from the center of the front crossbar to the center of the rear crossbar. Also, crossbars cannot be any wider than 3 inches.
