Which Trailer Idler Hub Assembly For 5 on 4.5 15 Inch Wheels

I am wanting to purchase your SE Smith Trailer Hub CE13315. It states a limit of 14 wheel for a 2700# axle. I am wanting to utilize 5 on 4.5 15 wheels on a project I am working on. Please advise. Thank you.

It sounds like you actually need the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles - 13" to 15" Wheels - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKIHUB-545-2-LF-2K which will allow you to use your 5 on 4.5 15 inch wheels.

The CE Smith Trailer Idler Hub # CE13315 you mentioned is only able to be used with wheels up to 14 inches due to the size of the surface that contacts the wheel.

To make sure the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-2-LF-2K will work on your spindle you will need to either find the bearing number on your current spindles, or to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to measure for the inner and outer bearing diameter.
