Can a Regular Reese Slider Hitch be Used in the Underbed Pucks on a 2007 Ford F-350

i have a2007 ford f350 with pre installed pucks will a reese 5th wheel 16k part #30051 work on my truck

Since your 2007 Ford F-350 has the underbed mounting system, you will need an adapter, # RP30156, in order to use hitch # RP30051. I have included a link to the installation instructions.
The puck system was deigned for the Reese Signature Series (no longer available) and current M5 Series hitch like # RP30921 that you have referenced.
