The Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit part # FHDPW330300 needs to be installed by a professional AWS welder which I am not so I would not be able to offer advice on the installation of the product. That said, if you are not comfortable with welding the hinge kit we do offer a bolt-on option, the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit part # FHDPB330301.

What you would need is the #FHDPW330300. This is a hinge for a 3 by 3 inch trailer tongue. You'd need to have a welder put 1/4 inch spacers above and below the tube so that it fits yours that is only 2-1/2 inches tall.
