Do I need to get out of this vehicle in swinging the place side to side or is it in inside operation? Another words doesnt have a side to side swing, Or is it a manual swing

Yes, you will have to manually adjust the blade on the # SB324-080 to set the position to the left, right, or center. It features a manual release handle that is easily accessible from front or back of the plow. It does use an electric winch to allow you to automatically raise or lower the plow from inside your vehicle.

The SnowBear Personal Snowplow for 2" Hitches #SB324-080 that you referenced does come with a winch to allow it to raise and lower. There really isn't a good way to remove the winch to use it it in other applications.
