Will it work in an f350sd with a prep package. What additional parts would be needed.

Yes the Reese Elite Series Fifth Wheel Hitch part # RP30921 that you referenced would fit directly to the OEM rail kit of your 2017 Ford Super Duty. If you instead were asking if an Andersen Ultimate Connection # AM3200 could be used with a Ford rail kit you'd need to also use the rail kit adapter part # RP30156 as well.
