I was looking at your 5 in 1 Malone roof rack. Can it be mounted on my wife’s factory van cross bars that are elliptical and about 3.5” wide. Need to know ASAP need this rack for a trip next weekend.

Yes the Malone FoldAway-5 Kayak # MAL38FR does fit factory crossbars that are 3-1/2 inches wide like your wife's car.

I suggest the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket #C18115 for your 2021 Toyota RAV4. If you have factory crossbars you need to ensure they do not exceed 3" wide x 1-5/8" tall, please measure verify this before ordering.
