Can Dexter 7,000 lb Trailer Axle with Hydraulic Brakes be Replaced with Electric Brakes

Can I replace the hydraulic brakes with electric brakes using the same drums?

Yes you can replace the hydraulic brakes of your 7,000 lb axles with electric assemblies by just swapping the assemblies with the part # AKEBRK-7-SA and with 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 which we offer by the foot.
