Will the Pilot Hole Size on the AM30820 Matter If I Have Lug Nuts On My Current Hubs

My wheel center is 2.78 can I use the 3.19 wheel I have lug nuts on wheel

As long as your current hub uses lug nuts, the pilot hole size won't matter and the # AM30820 will work just fine to replace your 5.30-12 tires. These are a bias ply tire with a Load Range C (1,045-lbs per tire). I've linked a review video of this combo for you to have a look at.
