Recommended Brake Controller for 2020 Ford F150 with Factory Towing Package

Question:

I am looking for a brake controller for a 2020 f150. It has the tow package but the brake controller is not installed. What are my options? Do I need to have the dealership enable an aftermarket controller?

As long as you've got the factory towing package with the 7 way connector for a trailer, you're well on your way to easily installing a brake controller and you won't need anything from the dealer. I recommend using the Brake EVN # TK63VR which offers your proportional braking and has an easy to read LED screen. This controller will provide brake control for up to 4 axles with electric brakes, so it can handle almost anything that you can tow with your 2020 Ford F-150. You'll want to use the # 22292 plug and play adapter to allow for an easy installation.
