We don't have any cross-reference for that part number. Based on your measurements, I can make an educated guess as to the replacement for a double eye spring. When measuring leaf springs, you measure straight across, not along the curve, so your center of eye to the center measurement sounds like you need 25-1/8 inch long springs eye center to eye center which puts the center at 12-9/16 inches measured straight across to center. Then you just go off the axle capacity to determine the leaf springs needed based on length and capacity not on the number of leaves.

For instance the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/8" Long # e54SR would be a great fit if you have a 3,500 lb axle. I've attached a photo to assist with how to measure your spring for the correct replacement. If you need further help, take these measurements but know that springs do stretch slightly over time and use.
