Recommended Suspension Enhancement for 2011 Ford F-250 Towing Toy Hauler with Weight Distribution

Question:

My truck still sags in the back when I load up my 26foot toy hauler even after I hook up the equalizer hitch. What else can I use to level out my load? I have the heavy duty model hitch but cant seem to be able to adjust so it doesnt sag. Thoughts?

This sounds like a situation that a suspension enhancement would do wonders for. Even though you're using a great weight distribution system, sometimes it's not enough to remove all of the squat when towing a heavy trailer. I noticed that you were looking some solutions similar to the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDG, and those would be acceptable, but they're going to provide a much harsher unloaded ride so I typically only recommend those for trucks that are towing or loaded in the truck bed more often than not.

Instead, I recommend using the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs - 2 Piece - Rear Axle # SS96MR. These are a two piece foam jounce spring that installs without drilling and provides progressive load control that gets stiffer as more weight is applied; this system doesn't make contact with the axle until weight is applied and will still be soft under lighter loads. This means that when your truck is unloaded, you'll keep the factory ride quality in tact, so they're the preferred solution for recreational towing.

I've linked a review video of these springs for you to have a look at.
