Can I get a copy of the mounting plate so I can see if this jack fits my trailer?

The Extreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack part # ORJW750BD will fit any trailer with a tongue ranging from 3" to 6" tall. The width does not matter as longer bolts can always be used to accommodate different needs. That said, I don't have any sort of copy to provide you with but so long as you go by the above you will not be lead down the wrong path.

Here is an image I have from the Xtreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack #ORJW750D in zinc which will have the same dimensions as the black Jack #ORJW750BD you are looking at.
