Will the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter Work With Ford Factory Prep

Can I use this cushioned offset adapter on my 2019 f350 with factory tow package and ball?

The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter part # CAB-C5GX1216 won't work with factory gooseneck hitches due to the integrated latching mechanism in the hitch ball but I do have a similar option that will, the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter part # AM3139 which is pretty much the same aside from the cushioning. If you must have cushioning, you'd have to look into the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter part # RP85FR which are pin box specific.
