Question:
I am looking for a hitch that preferable has a 2inch receiver to put a bike rack on to carry my bikes. Do you have anything that will fit my vehicle?

The hitch you referenced, the Curt # C11474, would be a good Class I 1-1/4 inch hitch for your 2013 Volkswagen Jetta that would allow you to carry a Class I hitch-mounted bike rack that fits a 1-1/4 inch hitch.
I have included links to instructions for the proper installation of this product as well as a video showing the installation of the hitch to a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. We do not have a video showing the 2013 model, but the installation on a 2012 Jetta is similar.
The design of your Jetta will only allow the use of a Class I 1-1/4 inch hitch. As such, there are no 2 inch hitch receivers available for your vehicle. A Class I hitch will limit you to transporting a maximum of 2 bikes.
If you are looking for a hitch-mounted bike rack, I recommend the Thule Camber 2 Bike Carrier # TH9058, fitting both 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitches. It carries up to 2 bikes with anti-sway cradles and tilting feature that allows for easy access to your 2013 Volkswagen Jettas rear cargo area. I have included links to the instructions for proper installation of this bike rack as well as a video to a review of this product.
