For your 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty, the Tow Ready Replacement OEM Tow Package Wiring Harness # 118243 is not a compatible fit as it only fits the 1999-2001 models of the F-250. If you are looking to replace an existing connector, I recommend the Tekonsha Replacement Multi-Tow Connector # 74682.
If your vehicle has an existing 4 pole connecter, you can use the Hopkins Pollak 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets # HM40975-11998. You can unplug your existing 4-pole and wire the # HM40975-11998 into the wiring at the connecter the 4-way plugged into.
If your truck does not have a trailer connector, the wiring harness will be present on the driver's side frame rail behind the back tire. The pig tail included with the connector I recommended would wire according to the chart shown on the product page I have linked to.
The FAQ article I have linked you to will describe the process. I have included a picture showing the location of the tow package connecter. The black wire on the pig tail will tap into the orange wire shown in the photo and the blue wire on the pig tail will tap into the blue wire on the harness in the photo. The remaining wires in the pig tail will wire to the harness under the vehicle. You will need a circuit tester like the Draw-Tite Circuit Test Kit # PTW2993 to determine which wires in the harness serve which function.
