The inner bearing # is L44649 and outer bearing # LM11749, the hubs were a 5 on 4 and I would like to put a 5 on 4.5 hub on. Unfortunately the 0.69 inch measurement of the LM11749 is not a bearing we carry. Your trailer has a unique agricultural spindle that we don't have the replacement bearing or compatible hub for.
Your best option is to replace the axle or at least the spindle with the BTR E-Z Lube Spindle for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 1-1/4" Diameter # TRU44FR. This will be compatible with the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,200-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # 8-258-50UC1 you referenced.
If you want to replace the axle we have the # T20BTR-EZ-7258, or the # T20BTR-EZ-6048 which will fit the hubs but you need to make sure you have the hub face to hub face dimensions and spring seat center dimensions lined up for the correct fit.
