The Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box - 11 Cu Ft - Matte Black # TH613 doesn't have the interior lock housing as a replacement option. The lock core can be changed out, but the inner lock and closure is not a replacement part. The Replacement Lock Cylinder and Premium Key for Thule One-Key Systems - Key N217 - Qty 1 # 1500004217 and Universal Change Key for Thule Locks # 853-1251.

Thule does not offer the lock housing or internal parts for the locks as replacement parts. If you are just missing the lock cores by themselves you can get a pair along with keys and the change key to install them using #TH450200.
