In addition to the bearings and races, you'll need to replace the grease seal as well because it'll get destroyed when removing it which is necessary to access the inner bearing.

A 2-3/8 inch diameter axle tube is usually a 3500 lb axle, which usually uses a L68149 inner and a L44649 outer wheel bearing. You'll want to confirm this by checking the reference numbers from the existing bearings. A 3.5K axle will also use a 10-19 grease seal (a/k/a a 58846 or 171255TB, depending on the manufacturer).

If your inspection confirms this, I'd recommend the # BK2-100 replacement bearing kit which includes the L44649 bearing, its compatible L44610 race, the L68149 bearing and it's compatible L68111 race and the 10-19 grease seal. The cotter pin and tang washer are also provided.

If you have different bearings, I'd be happy to recommend something if you provide the inner diameter of the inner and outer bearing, the inner diameter of the hub bore and the diameter of the spindle surface where the grease seal rides. A digital caliper like # PTW80157 is recommended for taking those precise measurements.

I've linked to some articles about trailer wheel bearings that I believe you'll find helpful.
