How Does Breakaway Lever of Titan Model 60 Actuator Reset

I forgot to unhook and pulled the actuator forward can’t get it to release back ?

I've spoken with Titan about resetting their model 60 actuator breakaway levers in the past and they have told me that you have to remove the cover and then carefully remove the spring inside. Then set the lever in the disengaged position and re-insert the spring.
