Fit of B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch on Curt Industry Standard 5th Wheel Mounting Rails

Are these rails compatible with a B and W patriot hitch?

The B&W Patriot 5th wheel hitch, like part # BWRVK3270 is compatible with industry standard 5th wheel mounting rails, just like the ones included with the Curt # C16418-204 5th wheel bracket/rail mounting kit. The hitch will be perfectly compatible with the Curt rails.
If you don't already have a 7-way trailer connector installed in your truck bed, you can install one using part # C56000.
